# 📢 What We're Looking For
We are seeking driven, self-motivated Sales Partners to help us expand our customer base across the Philippines. This is a 100% commission-based role — ideal for freelancers, side hustlers, or individuals with an existing sales role in a different industry.
Work part-time, remotely, and at your own pace. As long as there's no conflict of interest, you don’t need to leave your current job to start earning with SweldoNow.
# 💰 Compensation & Commission Details
# 🔹 1st Year Commission
30% of the customer's first payment (paid in staggered release):
- 50% after 1st payment
- 25% after 2nd payment
- 25% after 3rd payment
- Plus: 10% of monthly payments for the next 11 months
# 🔹 2nd Year and Onwards
- 5% recurring monthly commission as long as:
- The client remains subscribed, and
- You are actively part of the SweldoNow team
⚠️ Clawback Policy
If a client cancels within the first 3 months, we reserve the right to claw back or adjust the 30% commission accordingly.

- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract closing
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with decision-makers
- Reach out via cold calls, personalized emails, and direct messages
- Conduct product demos to present SweldoNow’s features and benefits
- Track all activities and pipelines via HubSpot CRM
- Coordinate with onboarding and support teams
- Maintain and grow client relationships

# 📌 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not required)

- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, or SaaS solutions is a plus
- CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot)

- Based in the Philippines, with understanding of local business culture
