# New Company Setup

The New Company Setup section is your starting point for configuring your organization in SweldoNow. This section provides tools and settings for tailoring the system to your company's structure, schedules, and policies. By completing this setup, you ensure a smooth workflow for payroll, attendance tracking, and benefits management. Below are detailed descriptions of each feature available in this section.

# Create Your SweldoNow Account

If you haven’t created your SweldoNow account yet, follow these steps to get started. If you’ve already created an account and logged in, you can skip this step and proceed to Add New Teams.

  1. Visit the SweldoNow Sign-Up Page (opens new window) (opens in a new window).
  2. Fill out the required fields and click the Submit button.
  3. Check your email inbox for a message from support@sweldonow.ph, which will contain your user ID and temporary password.
  4. Log in for the first time using the provided credentials. You will be prompted to:
    • Change your password.
    • Input a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email for verification. Once you’ve successfully logged in, return to this User Guide to continue with the next steps in setting up your company.

# Add New Teams

Organize your workforce by creating teams that reflect your company’s structure, such as departments or divisions. Teams help streamline task assignments and reporting. For more details, see Company Teams.

# Add New Employees

Easily onboard employees by adding them to the system. Record personal information, employment details, and other necessary data to manage their profiles. For more details, see Adding New Employee.

# User Profile

# Access Control

Control access to sensitive data and features by assigning user-specific permissions. Grant view, edit, or approver rights to employees for selected pages and sections. For more details, see Access Control.

# Workshifts

# Company Account

# Pay Grades

# Compensation and Benefits

# Facial Recognition Activation
